In this course, you will gain a better understanding on advanced topics for the Analysis plug-in for SAP BusinessObjects Analysis, Edition for Microsoft Office.  Topics include advanced formatting techniques, working with query prompts and variables, additional SAP Functions and Formulas, scheduling, and working with the Analysis plug-in for PowerPoint.  This course also includes topics on customizing your Analysis for Office user profile and interface options. This course is intended for those users who navigate through existing workbooks and PowerPoint presentations to analyze the data they contain.  User can also be those who create and maintain workbooks based on the SAP BEx queries, query views and SAP NW BW InfoProviders.

Course Objectives:
- Work with and set data source prompts and variables
- Create local and global variants for data sources
- Apply advanced formatting techniques, including conditional formatting
- Apply additional formatting components to the crosstab, including new lines, texts, and formulas
- Work with SAP Functions to retrieve members and data values
- Insert data sources using Analysis for Office PowerPoint
- Understand the purpose of Scheduling
- Insert, edit, and remove comments within an Analysis crosstab
- Group multiple crosstabs
- Link dimensions between multiple crosstabs
- Modify existing Analysis settings and create a customized user-interface within the Analysis ribbon
